President – Chairing the meeting of General Body
Vice President – Represents the Chairman in his/her absence
Secretary – Planning of development progrmmes
Director : Invites suggestions and views of other important functionaries. Project Coordinator Designing, monitoring of field level research and studies, project implementation, project planning, training of field level functionaries, coordination and liasioning with Central and State Governments and officials of donor agencies, final report writing. Project Coordinator is responsible for overall coordination and supervision with various staff in the field and also supporting in writing progress report, evaluation/training work required.
Supervisors Responsible for supervision of various field level activities. Supervisors also provide need-based support to various committees and groups formed at village/block level. Master Trainers. Training in specific areas of their expertise, e.g. training of literacy and vocational teachers.
